About this product
Our White Kimchi is the mild one. It's made in small batches and naturally fermented, with no chili at all, so it's a great place to start for kids and anyone new to kimchi. It comes in a 16 oz jar.
Ingredients: Napa cabbage, daikon radish, water, Asian pear, green onion, carrot, fish sauce (anchovy, salt), salt, glutinous (sweet) rice flour, plum extract (green plum, sugar), onion, garlic, ginger, salted shrimp (shrimp, salt).
Contains: fish (anchovy), shellfish (shrimp).

Storage
Keep your jar in the fridge. Our kimchi is live and naturally fermented, so it keeps fermenting slowly in the cold and gets more sour and tangy the longer it sits. That's a good thing: older kimchi is perfect for stew and fried rice.
Open the lid slowly over the sink, because the jar may be a little pressurized.
Use a clean utensil each time and press the kimchi back down under its juice.
Best within about 3 months of opening, and generally good up to about 6 months kept cold. If you see fuzzy mold or it turns slimy, toss it.
Changes, cancellations and missed pickup
Cancel: Email us at info@thekimchiclubtx.com before Thursday at 11:59 PM Central Time the week of your pickup for a full refund.
Missed pickup: Life happens! We'll hold your jars one more week. If you can't make that Saturday either, we'll give you store credit for your order to use on a future pre-order.
